CAMAM signs MoUs with three Russian firms to boost foreign direct investment into Cameroon

In an effort to boost foreign direct investment into Cameroon, CAMAM President and CEO Francis Ikome has signed three memorandums of understanding with Russian companies on the sidelines of the U.S.-Africa Leaders Summit in early August in Washington, D.C., including with the Kirishi-2 Oil Refinery, Russia’s first “waste oil” refinery scheduled to launch in 2017.
